These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Municipality of Sagada By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any parts of the Terms, then you may not access nor use the Services.

Subject to your agreement to and compliance with the Terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Services solely for your personal and non-commercial use.

The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines. The laws of the Republic of the Philippines shall govern these Terms and any claims and disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or their subject matter shall be pursuant to Philippine laws.
Changes
MUNICIPALITY OF SAGADA, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the amended Terms within the Website and update the "Last Updated" date above. We shall notify you by sending an email notification to the address associated with your account or providing notice through the Website. Unless we say otherwise in the notice, amendments to the Terms will be effective immediately. Your use of Services after the amended Terms comes into effect constitutes your agreement to the amended Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable, All Confirmed and Paid Bookings are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable.
No-Show Policy: Tourists who fail to show up on their confirmed arrival date will forfeit their payment in full.
In cases of force majeure: (e.g., road closures, floods, typhoons), rebooking is allowed. Requests must be submitted only once and within three (3) days from the original schedule.
Rebooking is valid for one (1) year from the original booking date.
Refunds for Duplicate Payments: Refunds are only granted for cases of duplicate payments. To process a refund, the tourist must submit a request on the same day the payment was made and must attach valid Official Receipt(s). Refund requests made after the date of payment or without required documentation will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Exemption for Children: Children aged 7 and below are exempt from requiring a registration pass, provided that sufficient proof (e.g., birth certificate, school ID) is uploaded via the website. This policy is intended to ensure smoother access for younger passengers.
